Quality Assurance and Testing

Quality at DTI, is our number one goal. We make sure that each step from mold design thru the manufacturing process is completed correctly. From the design review on through manufacturing, right to final testing, DTI believes in quality first. At DTI, each associate involved has a responsibility to ensure that our strict tolerances are met by actively completing first part inspections and participating in our continuous approach to quality first.

All components are inspected in our QC lab to assure all dimensions are within tolerances specified.

All molds are tested and checked to ensure that they are producing the highest quality parts.
