QPC Molds

With DTI's Quick Product Change technology, molders can reduce their downtime between mold changes. The entire mold no longer needs to be pulled from the press. Our molds are designed to allow molders to pull core and cavity plates only. The actual mold frame stays in the press. Using this style of QPC system can reduce down time drastically.

With this technology, molders can respond to customer demands by running various products and also be able to change out seasonal products with ease. Also, there will be long term savings available by utilizing the QPC frame for future products.
