Spare Parts and Service

DTI is a full “service” mold shop. We offer a wide variety of services to our customers. And at the forefront of that is being here for our customers when they need us! We are here for our customers 24/7. We understand that things happen. It is how we respond to those situations that separates us from our competitors. Whether it is a minor or major service call, our trained associates are on standby waiting to help you with your needs.

We also stock a wide variety of spare components in our tool crib. Many of our customer’s keep spare components at our facility to help reduce down time when a problem does occur.

Our major focus is to service our customers in whatever capacity they need us. We want to make sure they can be productive and run efficiently.
