ENSURING SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE THROUGH TESTING

For added quality assurance to meet customer specifications, every Dollins product undergoes intensive performance testing before delivery. Testing is conducted in-house at Dollins’ state-of-the-art testing facility. In our test facility we try and duplicate our customer’s actual plant conditions as close as possible.

After each mold is tested, the plastic parts are carefully inspected and measured to make sure they meet customer specifications.  A full report is issued with plastic samples for customer approval and reference.
